How to Breathe your way to Flow

I have been studying the breath and different breathing techniques since I took my first Asthanga Yoga class back in 2007/08.

I have found these two techniques to be the most powerful and effective. I use them myself every day, and I know that implementing these natural breathing techniques into your everyday life, will change you how you feel in life, and how you flow with your surroundings.
